Gender parity is a burning issue that many companies continue to face. The World Economic Forum’s latest research — Global Gender Gap Report 2015 — shows it will now take 117 years to close the gender gap.

What role can change management play in reducing this inequality within organizations? If companies do not take action now to close the gap we will not be able to move forwards and make a real difference in the world around us.
