Etam: International talent management development

Present in 51 countries throughout the world, but mainly concentrated in France and China, the traditional competitors of the Etam Group have changed significantly. Becoming a leading player on the global stage has now become an integral part of the Group’s growth strategy, and has lead to the development of a tailor-made program with HEC Paris.

Creating a common managerial culture and facilitating interaction

To achieve its key strategic objectives, the Etam Group has decided to focus on talent development. The program, tailored to the specific needs of European and Asian managers and aimed at enhancing the empowerment of team, is updated and fine-tuned annually to meet the specific strategic challenges of the Etam Group.

The program has definitely exceeded my expectations and changed my perception of what a tailor-made program could and should be. I particularly appreciate the ability of HEC Paris to continually anticipate and adapt to our specific challenges and needs.”  Odile Bonhomme, Global Talent Acquisition and Development Director, ETAM Group
