Strategic Innovation : A Global Trend

In this presentation, based on his own research and consulting activities, Professor Moingeon will use several examples from different countries to show how, when it comes to strategic innovation, it is all about our mental models. Strategic innovation stems from our ability to “think outside the box” and does not necessarily require a significant amount of financial or technical resources. Based on an article published with Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Peace Prize Winner he will use examples of both "frugal" innovations as well as "strategic social innovations".
Participants will be invited to play an active role during this interactive session.

Professor of Strategic Management at HEC Paris since 1992, Bertrand Moingeon has held several managerial positions including Associate Dean for Executive Education and Deputy Dean of HEC Paris.
