The program will enable you to:
Acquire the behavioral patterns and tools of coaching
Train professionals to integrate coaching into their working practices

Consists of six 2-day modules
The coaching market and the different approaches
The fundamentals of coaching behavior: active listening / questioning and reformulating
Coaching and self-awareness
Self-diagnosis and the creation of a personal development plan
The methods and tools needed to adopt the behavior of a coach
Heightening awareness of the main tools and practical exercises
The behavioral patterns of individual coaching
Role-plays based on real-life situations proposed by the participants
Adopting coaching behavior as a new style of interpersonal management
Elaborating an individual development plan to integrate the behavior of a coach into working practices
The program is aimed at:
Human Resources Managers, managers wishing to coach their teams, consultants and trainers in change management, support relationship specialists and mediators: anyone wishing to enrich their working practices by adopting the behavior of a coach.
