Consists of 2 modules (3 days + 2 days), around 4 themes
Success factors for change: "understanding and assessment" using a systemic approach.
The psychological process of change, impact, obstacles and key success factors.
Analysis and development and adapted process for change management, based on work carried out between sessions.
Key indicators to assess and measure the different steps of change management.
Obtain an HEC Paris certificate
You can personalize your study path according to your own needs and resources. You will be awarded an HEC Paris Executive Education certificate after a total of 10 days of training. This can be spread out over 3 intensive programs during a 2-year period. You can also join the HEC Executive Community.
