Select the criteria for examining the performance of divisions and product lines and use relevant cost analysis
Design the control system architecture : responsibility centers and reporting segments
Identify the critical intangible assets and the associated KPIs
Integrate management reporting into corporate reporting (integrated reporting)

The strategic planning and budgeting cycle: budgetary control and dashboards.
Comparison with financial accounting, key elements of cost accounting, including cost-volume profit analysis and break-even point.
Budgetary controls, variance analysis and the Balanced Scorecard to monitor organization performance against strategic goals.
This program is eligible to the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) Certificate of Excellence in Global Business, which allows Executives to choose from over 120 courses offered by 19 member schools and representing a total of 15 training days. Obtain an HEC Paris certificate
You can personalize your study path according to your own needs and resources. You will be awarded an HEC Paris Executive Education certificate after a total of 10 days of training.
