The origins of the big data phenomenon, challenges of customer relationships, customer life cycle, social conversation, Social Depth Platform and marketing position.

Theme 2

Value creation with big data

Economic nature of data, price discrimination, versioning, recommendation, data value, and data protection challenges.

Theme 3

Big data and digital communication

Personalized communications strategies, customer life cycle optimization, predictive marketing.

 

Theme 4

Big data and client strategy

Practical application of acquired skills through case studies and exchanges.
