How many projects have you seen change direction, go off course and even fail because the right questions were not asked beforehand or because it is simply easier to recreate what already works? Innovation needs to be tested before it is launched.
This program will help you to test out your project - launch a new project, reorganize a department, design new software, strike a balance between performance and wellbeing in the workplace, integrate societal dimensions in an established company and use digital to market your offer…
The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can't find them, make them.”
– George Bernard Shaw
The program will enable you to:
Assess the relevance of your idea using strategic, economic, commercial, environmental, social and humane templates
Identify your own key skills which you can apply to your project, and those which you need to develop
Take a look at the big picture and imagine new solutions
Find the arguments which will enable you to mobilize everyone involved in the project
