Program Content

Consists of 3 modules

Module 1

Viability of the idea

Project outlines, coherence between the innovation and the company strategy, clarifying the deliverables, creating value and how the client perceives it, performance indicators and risks, etc.

Module 2

My personal assets for implementing the idea

Develop the most useful skills for leading the project, mobilize competences, governance, resources and planning.

Module 3

The receptivity of your environment

Obstacles and levers that are directly linked to the culture and organization of your company, stakeholders and their challenges, project communication and positioning.

Obtain an HEC Paris certificate
You can personalize your study path according to your own needs and resources. You will be awarded an HEC Paris Executive Education certificate after a total of 10 days of training. This can be spread out over 3 intensive programs during a 2-year period. You can also join the HEC Executive Community.
