step 1 - Core courses 

Consists of four 4-day modules and is equivalent to the Executive Certificate in Strategic Business Unit Management

This cycle is based on a transversal and non-functional approach to management, with a strong focus on entrepreneurship.

A choice of 8 options mainly in finance, strategy, marketing, change management, sustainable development, digital business and performance management.

Module 9 (4 days): Final Module 

Challenges and perspectives

A final module on the prospects and challenges of management in the future to enrich and strengthen your medium and long-term vision of your role as a manager.

step 4 - Professional thesis

An HEC Paris tutor provides thesis support as participants put the theoretical and operational expertise acquired during the program into practice.
