Executive Master

MSc General Management

Create value by implementing cross-functional projects

Value creation within companies is the solution to the challenges created by an ever-changing economic and social context. However, successful managers must know the ins and outs of a company's various functions and prove their leadership and analytical skills. This is what distinguishes operational managers from general managers.

The MSc in General Management is designed for operational managers aiming to progress to general management positions. Participants will acquire understanding of a company's various functions and learn how to harmonize and break down organizational silo methods to implement cross-functional projects which create global value.
